“I’ve been training at XP Performance for a year, and this is probably the longest I’ve stayed committed to a single workout regimen since my college days! The daily workouts designed by Robert range from strength training to mobility challenges to cardio and are never the same twice. The small group format provides a sense of camaraderie while still allowing for you to modify the exercises to your ability and get individual coaching from Robert throughout. It’s so cool to have a group of 5-10 adults training together who range from cross-fitters and marathon runners to people recovering from an injury or just starting their fitness journey, all challenging ourselves with the “same” exercises – I’m in my 30s and have been going 3 days a week with my mom who is in her 60s as we both work to look and feel our best at my wedding this summer. Robert also gave us a straightforward nutrition plan, with which I’ve already lost 6 inches around my waist, arms, and legs! I think the best part, though, is that you can truly tell that Robert LOVES what he does and cares about helping to support the goals of every person who walks through the doors.
